As 2006 winds down to a close, it’s important to reflect on your Internet business this year. Have you achieved your financial goals this year that you set in January? Take time to measure your results against your goals and determine how the year adds up.
Next week, determine your financial goals for 2007 and make sure to write them down. Then, break down how you are going to get there. Do you need to increase your website traffic by 10%? Do you need to find cost savings measures to increase your bottom line? Whatever you determine, make sure to write everything down and reflect on this paper at least every quarter. Remember, if you want things to stay the same, just do the same things. If you want more, you need to do more. You are planting the seeds now to reap the benefits later.
