I agree totally with you that how you treat your customers &lt;br/&gt;is very crucial to your continuous biz and relationship with them.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I personally, will return to buy more products from those vendors that provide me with fast and efficient support when it is needed and I will think twice to go back to those vendors who promise you the sky and never even bother to respond to you quickly when you need them.
